Shipping & Delivery Policy

SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN LISTING PRICE

-Please send us an email at contact@retrorevivalsrq or text us at 585-943-9320 with your zip code to receive a shipping quote prior to purchasing.

-We ship nationwide excluding Alaska & Hawaii.

-Please note that the cost to ship varies due to distance, gas, size, and weight of any item.

-Average shipping costs can be anywhere from $200-$700+, depending on the factors previously noted.

DELIVERY:

-Please note delivery is handled via private carrier companies. We do not ship large/bulky/delicate furniture or items via FedEx, UPS, etc.

-We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates/times or provide tracking numbers.

-Delivery may take approximately 1-8+ weeks depending on carrier availability. You will receive a notification when the item has been picked up for shipping.

-Our shippers will reach out to the customer approximately 1-2 days, prior to their arrival, to coordinate delivery with the customer.

***Important delivery note*** 

- Our shippers arrive alone for deliveries. It is REQUIRED that there is someone willing & able on the receiving end to help unload large items. If you are unwilling or able to help unload, please plan to have someone who is willing & able to help unload at the time of delivery.

-Standard shipments include first floor delivery. -Upstairs deliveries are available for an additional fee. Please specify if your item requires delivery up any stairs when requesting a shipping quote.

-White glove is available for an additional fee and will not be included in the quoted shipping price unless specified.
